EU Orders & Shipping
To our lovely EU customers: Good news! You can still shop with us with (relative) ease! Below are a few FAQ's on placing an order with CHASE & SORENSEN post-Brexit.
I am shopping from within the EU. Does the item price displayed exclude UK sales tax?
Yes. When shopping on our site from outside the UK, UK sales tax has been automatically removed from the item price. Where applicable, the buyer is responsible for any import tax payable upon delivery in their country of residence.
Can I shop in my own currency?
Yes. Our website should automatically detect where you are browsing from and update the currency based on your location.
How do I checkout and pay for shipping when buying from outside of the UK?
When purchasing a large furniture item through our website from outside of the UK, the only shipping rate available to select is the "Request a quote" option. Please select this option and once your order has been placed we will be in touch within 24 hours with a shipping quote. If you approve the shipping rate, we will email you with a payment link to cover the delivery cost and book your purchase in for delivery.
Will my order be insured and shipped safely?
Yes, your item(s) will be fully insured and professionally/securely wrapped. Also, your purchase will be delivered by private courier and handled with care.
Can I cancel my order if the shipping rate is higher than I expected?
Yes. If you feel the delivery cost is more than you anticipated we will refund your order immediately - no questions asked!
Delivery times for EU orders is 10-15 business days.
