Shipping policy
Small item deliveries (ceramics, prints, glassware, etc.) are shipped with Royal Mail or DPD. Prices are calculated at checkout.
Local Bulky Item Delivery Guidelines*
Large item deliveries (sofas, lounge chairs, storage, tables, floor lighting, etc.) on orders within the local vicinity of our showroom in East London (E2, E5, E8, E9, N1 + N16) are charged at a flat rate of £24.
Greater London/UK Bulky Item Delivery Guidelines*
Large item deliveries outside of our local area but within Greater London are charged at a flat rate of £36. Mainland UK large item deliveries are priced at £58.
*Please note! Our delivery costs include a one-person delivery service with delivery to the ground floor only. If you are unable to assist with unloading or require your purchase to be carried up any flights of stairs there will be an extra cost. Please be sure to inform us at checkout of any special circumstances.
