Small item deliveries (ceramics, prints, glassware, etc.) are shipped with Royal Mail or DPD. Prices are calculated at checkout.
Large item deliveries (sofas, lounge chairs, storage, lighting) within the local vicinity of our showroom in East London (E2, E3, E4, E5, E8, E9, E10, E15, E17, N1 + N16) are normally free assuming the customer is able to assist the driver with unloading.
Large item orders over £300are shipped free of charge within the UK mainland.
Large item deliveries below £300and outside of our local area but within Greater London are charged at a flat rate of £28. Mainland UK large item deliveries are priced at £48.

For items purchased over the phone or online we do offer the standard 14 day cooling off period whereby the customer is entitled to a full refund (excluding shipping charges), no questions asked. Publications are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or returns on items bought in person in store unless the goods in question are proven faulty/unfit for purpose.

Our shop is open Wednesday to Friday from 13-18, Saturday from 11-18 and Sunday from 11-17. We are open by appointment Monday and Tuesday.
